摘要：

聚焦我国算力产业的优势条件,深入剖析了我国出海新兴市场面临的机遇和挑战,并从六大关键维度出发,为我国算力产业在新兴市场区域稳步前行提出了一套全面而细致的对策建议,以期为算力企业把握新兴市场机遇、提升国际竞争力提供行动指南,共同推动全球数字经济的繁荣与发展。

关键词: 算力产业, 出海, 新兴市场, 挑战, 建议

Abstract:

This article focuses on the advantageous conditions of the China’s computing industry and provides an in-depth analysis of opportunities and challenges faced by China in expanding emerging markets. It proposes comprehensive and detailed countermeasures and suggestions in six key dimensions. These are intended to provide an action guide for China’s computing power enterprises to grasp the opportunities in emerging markets, enhance international competitiveness, and jointly promote the prosperity and development of the global digital economy.
