摘要: 2018 年,以美团打车进入上海、滴滴外卖进入无锡为标志,互联网平台间的价格战卷土重来,引起社会各界高度关注。受行业特性、资本助力、监管缺位等因素影响,以网约车为代表的平台价格战呈现倒贴和持久两大特点。深入研究发现,现阶段的价格战已经在定价上具有低于成本、在目的上具有抢占市场、在影响上具有巨大负外部性的特征,事实上已经构成恶性竞争,相关部门应及时采取措施进行干预。

Abstract: In 2018, the Meituan Taxi entered Shanghai market, and the Didi Take-away enteredWuxi market, which resulted in the price wars among Super Internet Platforms. Base on the industry characteristics, capital infusion and regulatory vacancy, the price war presents two major characteristics: high subsidy and persistence. The study found that the price war has the characteristics of lower price than cost, seizing the market in purpose and huge negative externality, which has become a vicious competition.Theregulators should take action immediately to solve this problembyappropriate strategies.
