摘要: 近年来,平台经济的发展迅速,超级平台不断崛起,与此同时,平台垄断问题引发社会舆论高度关注。本文以滴滴出行为例,对平台“垄断”的本质进行探讨。分析认为,对垄断问题的规制,应把平台的特点与优势作为切入点,对平台算法进行审查备案,并成立多方治理委员会对平台规则的制定与实施进行监督。

Abstract: In recent years, the platform economy has developed rapidly and the super platform has continued to rise. At the same time, the monopoly of the platform has caused great concern in public opinion. This article explores the nature of the platform’s“monopoly”by taking the example of Didi Chuxing. The analysis believes that the regulation of monopoly issues should take the characteristics and advantages of the platform as a breakthrough point, review and record the platform algorithm, and establish a multi-party governance committee to supervise the formulation and implementation of the platform rules.
