摘要:

当前国际形势复杂多变,各种冲突不断涌现,给世界各领域的发展都带来了巨大的挑战和不确定性。当前数字领域成为大国竞争和各国发展的重点,算力产业作为数字时代的基础支撑,在蓬勃发展的同时也成为国家竞争力的重要组成部分。全球算力产业将如何实现高质量发展变得至关重要。基于此,概述了算力及算力产业的发展现状,总结了全球算力产业的发展背景,从技术、贸易、低碳、安全等方面剖析了当前算力产业发展面临的关键问题,并从加强合作、自主研发、绿色低碳等多维度出发,针对性提出了国际复杂形势下算力产业发展趋势。

Abstract:

The complexity and impact of the international situation have garnered global attention. Various conflicts and tensions continue to emerge, bringing enormous challenges and uncertainties to the development of various fields around the world. At present, the digital field has become the focus of great power competition and national development. The computing power industry is booming, not only becoming an important component of national competitiveness, but also a fundamental support for the digital age. How to achieve high-quality development of the global computing power industry becomes crucial. Based on this, this paper provides an overview of the current development status of computing power and the computing power industry, and summarizes the development background of the global computing power industry. It also analyzes the key problems faced by the current development of the computing power industry from the aspects of technology, trade, low-carbon, and security. Starting from multiple dimensions such as strengthening cooperation, independent research and development, green and low-carbon, this paper puts forward the development trends of the computing power industry under the complex international situation.
