    • The national broadband network performance test is an important means to measure the effectiveness of broadband construction in China.With the increasing number of broadband users, the integration of artificial intelligence technology and Internet industry in the field of broadband networks is also deepening. The performance analysis model of fixed broadband network based on artificial intelligence, can improve the analytical ability of indicator characteristics. In this paper, data is collected by fixed broadband speed measurement tools. Based on artificial intelligence technology, two sub- models are established, which are bandwidth service decision analysis algorithm and broadband performance bottleneck analysis algorithm. The experimental results show that both algorithm models improve the efficiency and accuracy of network performanceanalysis,and are beneficial to the operation and promotion of applications in practical projects.

It sorts out the policy and regulatory requirements, and analyzes the current layout of all parties in the industrial chain. Combined with the industrial status of telecom operators, this paper studies the role they play in the process of the Internet of vehicles industry, as well as the development opportunities and risks, and finally gives the development strategy suggestions and business prospects of telecom operators.

    • It is responsible for the transmission of all collection and control business data, which is the basic support for the safe, stable and reliable operation of the power system. With the deepening of the construction of power communication network, especially the concept and practice of ubiquitous power Internet of things, higher requirements are put forward for the stability, availability, flexibility and intelligent level of power communication system. The existing power communication network has encountered functional or performance bottlenecks. In order to solve the above problems and effectively support the construction of ubiquitous power Internet of things, it is necessary to introduce SDN technology into power communication network. Based on the investigation of the current situation, this paper studies the SDN interface technology and multi domain SDN technology, and gives the application suggestions of power communication network. Based on the characteristics of SDN technology, such as open, ubiquitous, intelligent, interactive and credible, through unified centralized management,the utilization rate of communication network resources can be improved, the efficient operation of power system equipmentcan be guaranteed, and the intelligent development of power system can be promoted.
