Abstract: Big data is a important strategic resource of the information society, and the basis of the digital economy’s development.Telecom operators, as the owner of the resource, apply big data on internal operation. Meanwhile, how to realize the combination of big data and the industries, and deepen the application of big data on vertical industries, are questions which telecom operators should think about. This paper analysed current situation of telecom operators’application of big data, key vertical industries’need of big data and the combination point of them. On this basis, we conclude value management models of telecom operators’big data.
