With the growth of IOT industry, more and more domestic communication- related technical organizations and industrial alliances have sprung up. However, the development of traditional industry technology alliances are not as successful as expected. This article is to give some ideas about how to establish and operation an industrial and/or technology organization by analyzing thewayBluetooth SIG takes, focusing on the industrial characteristics, technical standards, quality control, intellectual property, alliance operations, etc.
