摘要：

养老数字化转型是城市数字化转型的重要内容。通过对养老领域数字化转型内涵和发展现状梳理,分析了养老数字基础、养老数字化应用建设和养老数字管理等问题,围绕养老服务和养老服务管理两个方面,从社区养老新格局建设、养老服务多元场景打造、数字适老化、养老服务监管等方面提出促进养老领域数字化转型的对策建议。

关键词: 养老服务, 老龄化, 数字化转型, 养老监管

Abstract:

The digital transformation of elderly care is an important part of urban digital transformation. By sorting out the connotation and development status of the digital transformation in the field of elderly care, this paper analyzes issues such as the digital foundation of the elderly care, digital application construction of the elderly care, and digital elderly care management. It delivers countermeasures and suggestions to applications creation, digital adaptation for aging, and elderly care service supervision for promoting digital transformation in the field of elderly care.
