摘要:

我国实现碳达峰、碳中和目标时间紧、任务重,还面临政策监管、产业、市场和交易体系等方面的问题和挑战。区块链去中心化、不可篡改、公开透明、交易可追溯等特点,可以赋能传统产业数字化转型,优化业务流程、降低运营成本、提升协同效率,为碳达峰、碳中和提供监管环境,构建可信、高效碳交易平台和市场,对助力碳中和、碳达峰目标实现和我国经济社会绿色高质量发展具有重要意义。

关键词: 区块链, 碳达峰, 碳中和, 数字化转型

Abstract:

There are some problems and challenges in realizing carbon peak and carbon neutrality. With features like decentralization, non-tampering, openness and transparency, and traceability, blockchain can help to promote digital transformation, optimizing business processes, reducing operating costs and improving collaboration efficiency, provide a regulatory environment for carbon peak and carbon neutrality, build a credible and efficient carbon trading platform and market, which is of great significance to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality economic and social development of our country.
