摘要/Abstract

摘要： 智慧城市是一项复杂工程,目前缺乏统筹建设、运营和管理的长效机制。以智慧城市全生命周期的价值构建为核心,提出顶层规划、协同发展的建设模式和可持续运营的商业模式,融合的技术路线和科学合理评估为核心的长效机制,以及以县域智慧城市作为试点创新基地并打造智慧城市集群的发展建议。

关键词: 智慧城市, 长效机制, 协同发展, 建设模式, 可持续运营, 商业模式

Abstract: Smart city is a complex project. At present, there is no long-term mechanism for overall construction, operation and management. Based on the value construction of the whole life cycle of smart city, this paper proposes to build a long-term mechanism with top-level planning, collaborative development, sustainable operation, integrated technical route and scientific evaluation. In addition, this article suggests using county-level smart cities as pilot innovation bases and building smart city clusters.
