摘要： 互联网为工业发展赋能，在促进企业经营提质增效的同时，也带来安全问题，引发不同主体间新的利益冲突与博弈。工业大数据融合跨界放大了风险，工业大数据平台成为数据保护的薄弱环节，工控系统易遭网络攻击导致数据泄露。且工业数据与个人信息保护在制度理念、制度设计上均有区别，工业数据保护无法直接套用现有数据保护制度。为加强工业大数据风险管理，防微杜渐，监管应尽早着手，针对工业大数据保护的特点难点，积极采取有效措施，防止工业大数据风险成为工业互联网发展的短板。

Abstract: Internet empowers the development of industry, but also brings network security risks and conflicts between stakeholders. Big Data of Industrial Internet is often transboundary and intergraded, which amplifies the risks. The platforms of Big Data of Industrial Internet are the current main weakness of data protection. Industrial control system is vulnerable to cyber attacks and data breach. Protection of Big Data of Industrial Internet is significantly different from the protection of personal data and privacy, which means the designing of policies should be different. Effective protection of Big Data of Industrial Internet should be designed and applied promptly and rests on its own features.
