Abstract: Since the frequency of information security incidents is increasing, the economic loss is increasing, and the social problems are escalating, all countries have to promote the cyber space security to the national strategic level. The education and training of information security personnel is becoming the key measure to ensure network space security in the developed countries. Some developed countries have formed good experience and practice in the education and training on information security personnel. This paper makes a comprehensive summary of the practices of some developed countries in the aspects of personnel education and training policy, such as school education, vocational training and training mode innovation, also analyzes the enlightenment of these experiences to our country.
