    • Through investigation, the paper analyzes the actual situation and difficulties of digital transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises. Based on the development status of modern industrialization in China, it is proposed that “5G+ Industrial Internet” is not only the core of 5G strategy and digital new infrastructure strategy, but also an important support to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in China. Finally, it points out that we should attach great importance to the system obstacles, and puts forward suggestions on promoting the innovation and integration.

    • Artificial intelligence (AI) technology brings unprecedented opportunities for telecommunication networks, and provides efficient paths for the reconstruction of telecommunication industry. The application of AI could empower the telecommunication networks to realize intelligent deployment, operation, maintenance, optimization and management, and provide market promotion and service innovation. Currently, the intelligent application and standaradization of the telecommunication networks is gradually advanced. This paper summarizes the current status and progress of intelligent telecommunication networks in international and domestic standard organizations and industry areas, presents several research highlights, and propsects the future development of the network intelligence.

    • Federated learning is a distributed training framework that can build a collection of decentralized data and combine multi-party data, and then use the encrypted intermediate parameters to complete the joint training of multiple data sources for the joint model. Based on the practice of Huawei NAIE Federated Learning Service, this paper discusses the key technologies and typical applications of the implementation of the Federated Learning, and points out the development direction of Federated Learning on the basis of the practice in the telecommunication field.

    • Routing maintains the stable operation of network infrastructure and supports the sustainable development of next-generation networks. Nowadays, the rapid growth of network traffic and the continuous changes in network services make traditional routing algorithms face severe challenges. In recent years, deep reinforcement learning has shown good results in solving complex continuous control problems. In order to solve a series of shortcomings of traditional routing algorithms, we combined the Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG) algorithm with routing scenarios, and proposed a new dynamic routing algorithm based on deep reinforcement learning—DDPG4Net.

    • Aiming at the pain points of high labor and time costs, limited testing sites, complex data semantics, and difficultity on control of test risks in current testing scenarios of synchronization, this paper proposes a test inspection technical solution based on artificial intelligence technology for synchronizaiton. In this scheme, firstly the synchronization testing pattern classification and anomaly detection algorithm are implemented, secondly, relying on the cloud computing plus big data platform, the synchronization test inspection system is developed, and finally the related experiment verification is carried out. The experimental results show that the technical solution can automatically perform synchronization test intelligent inspections, discovering test abnormalities in time, improving test efficiency and reducing test risks to a certain extent.

    • Traditional industries have always been Chinese pillar industries, the improvement of quality and efficiency of which is closely related to the high-quality development of Chinese economy. This article starts with the importance of activating the development momentum of traditional industry, and analyzes in detail the main problems of the old momentum such as resource consumption, investment stimulus and export pull, and those of the new momentum characterized by innovation. On this basis, it proposes the suggestions for activating the development momentum of traditional industries, which includes to promote the transfer of industries with order and plan, improve the level of industrial international cooperation, strengthen industrial chain integration, and implement innovation-driven strategy.

    • “ Difficult and expensive financing ” is a major problem that plagued real economy enterprises. The development and application of digital technology can effectively alleviate the pain points such as difficult risk control,weak capabilities, and high costs, thereby enhancing the level of financial services in the real economy. In recent years, both in the field of credit and direct financing such as bond financing and equity financing, successful experiences and typical models that use digital technology to solve corporate financing problems have emerged. At the same time, the application of digital technology in the construction of the social credit system is also getting deeper,and the social environment for corporate financing is constantly being optimized. However, digital technology still faces many problems and challenges in supporting the financial services of the real economy in terms of basic support,technology application, security, and development environment. The next step is to promote the continuous expansion and deepening of digital technology applications through comprehensive optimization of factor supply, application ecology, regulatory mechanisms, and security guarantees, and help real economy enterprises obtain lower threshold and more efficient financial support.
