    • The three major telecom operators in China promoted the transformation of operations to the Internet from the aspects of product innovation, business model transformation, channel transformation and mechanism reform.This paper analyzes the important measure of Internet operation of foreign telecom operators on the basis of defining important factors in Internet operations.There are four problems by comparing and analyzing the Internet operation path of telecom operators in china and overseas. The fisrt is lacking of user-centric concepts; the second is the membership system has not been built; the third is lacking of the differentiated services , and the last one is that product integration is insufficient.At the end of the article, we also put forward corresponding suggestions for the four problems.

    • China will fully implement the mobile number portability in November, 2019. As of the first half of 2019, 2.3 million users have switched in five pilot cities. The main factors which have an effect on mobile number portability include price, network experience, user service experience, the difficulty of handling and the strategies adopted by op erators. It is estimated that more China Mobile users will likely switch to China Unicom and China Telecom in the initial phase of the carrier-based network transfer. In the latter part, the switching rate will stabilize, and the three operators will reach a new dynamic balance. Faced with the upcoming policy, operators should deal with it from the market and technical side, so as to reduce the negative impact.

    • With the rapid development of 5G in commerce, Edge Computing, as the core part of 5G network architecture, is about to usher in a rapid development. For telecom operators, whether based on the consideration of edge cloud collaboration or in order to open up a new blue sea of 5G services, Edge Computing is the direction of technological upgrading that must be grasped. At the same time, the development of policy-coded HD video has brought new opportunities for the integration of Edge Computing and CDN and the upgrading of HD video industry. The three major domestic telecom operators have begun to accumulate and apply technology in the field of Edge Computing in different ways from different perspectives. With the commercial scale of 5G in the future, the application scenarios will continue to enrich, and Edge Computing will also bring greater development opportunities for telecom operators.
