Abstract:

In the context of the overall digital transformation of urban areas, the construction of intelligent center of urban operation and governance, as a basic and pioneering work, is not simply a pile of technology, but a systematic change involving systems, technology and operations. Based on analyzing the connotation and construction significance of the intelligent center of urban operation and governance, this paper takes the “Sui Intelligent Management” urban operation and management center of Guangzhou as an example, analyzes its overall structure, construction and operation mechanism and highlights, reveals the key role of the intelligent center of urban operation and governance in improving the effectiveness of urban governance, and puts forward suggestions for future improvement of the intelligent center of urban operation and governance. Research shows that the intelligent center of urban operation and governance should focus on the requirements of integrated promotion of “fixes interconnection, data integration, platform connectivity, and business connectivity” to optimize and upgrade, and ultimately evolve into urban intelligence, and promote urban governance to leap from “digitalization” to “smartization”.
