摘要：

数字化治理模式已成为破解“大城市病”、提升治理能力的重要路径。虽然城市数字化治理在技术融合与场景应用中已取得一定进展,但仍面临跨部门协作困难、数据治理水平不足以及技术应用实效性差等问题。基于对城市数字化治理的实践考察,结合城市数字化治理新趋势,从体制机制、平台支撑、场景建设、管理方式4个方面,分析新趋势下数智赋能城市智慧高效治理体系建设的可行路径,为实现城市治理现代化提供参考。

关键词: 数智技术, 城市数字化治理, 治理体系, 可行路径

Abstract:

The digital governance model has become an important path to solve the “big city problems” and improve governance capacity. Although certain progress has been made in urban digital governance in terms of technological integration and scenario application, it still faces problems such as difficulties in cross-departmental collaboration, insufficient data governance capacity, and poor effectiveness of technological application. Based on the practical investigation of urban digital governance and combined with the new trends in urban digital governance, this study analyzes the feasible paths for building an intelligent and efficient urban governance system empowered by digital intelligence under the new trends from four aspects: institutional mechanisms, platform support, scenario construction, and management methods, so as to provide reference for realizing modernization of urban governance.
