摘要:

数据是数字经济时代的重要生产要素,金融业是典型的数据密集型行业,数据现已成为驱动金融创新的引擎。如何充分发挥数据要素价值,切实加强金融对实体产业重大规划、重点领域和薄弱环节的支持,已成为经济社会高质量发展的重要命题。经过对产融合作场景下数据要素应用存在的典型需求与痛点问题的探讨,分析在产业链价值挖掘、创新服务范式、促进生态联动、支撑科技创新等场景下数据要素应用的重要价值,提出未来进一步深化产融合作场景下数据要素应用的策略建议,推动金融服务实体经济的高质量、数字化、智能化发展。

Abstract:

In the era of digital economy, data has become a crucial factor of production, and the financial industry is a typical data-intensive sector where data has become the engine driving financial innovation. How to fully unleash the value of data elements and effectively strengthen financial support for major plans, key areas, and weak links in the economy has become a central topic for high-quality development of economy and society. This paper firstly discusses the typical needs and key points of data element applications in the scenario of industry-finance cooperation. Then, it highlights the significant value of data element applications in scenarios such as value exploitation of the industrial chain, innovation of service paradigms, promotion of ecological interaction, and supporting scientific and technological innovation. Finally, it proposes suggestions for further deepening the application of data elements in industry-finance cooperation scenarios, which can help financial services to promote high-quality, digital, and intelligent development of the real economy.
