摘要/Abstract

摘要：

SOI 技术作为一种全介质隔离技术,有着许多体硅器件不可比拟的优势,如功耗低、速度快、抗干扰强、集成度高等特点。经过几十年的发展,SOI技术逐渐受到产业界的关注和重视,被广泛运用到无线通信、汽车电子、边缘计算、电源管理等领域。对SOI结构原理和制备技术进行了介绍,从发展历程、行业应用、生态建设等方面对RF-SOI和FD-SOI的产业化应用情况进行了研究和分析,并针对性地提出了当前SOI产业面临的主要风险和挑战。

关键词: SOI, 射频, 集成电路, 产业化

Abstract:

As an all-medium isolation technology, SOI technology has many advantages incomparable to the bulk silicon devices, such as low power consumption, fast speed, strong anti-interference, high integration density. After decades of development, SOI technology has gradually received the attention of the industry, and is widely used in wireless communication, automotive electronics, edge computing, power management and other fields. In this paper, the structure principle and preparation technology of SOI are introduced, and the industrial application of RF-SOI and FD-SOI is studied and analyzed from the aspects of development history, industrial application and ecological construction, and the main risks and challenges of current SOI industry are also pointed out.
