摘要:

绿色新材料是各行业实现碳达峰、碳中和目标的重要基础。总结了国外各国新材料发展战略计划中低碳、节能材料的重点方向和发展布局,梳理了自“十二五”以来我国在新材料规划中关于绿色新材料的相关政策和部署,研究总结了能源新材料、绿色建筑材料、先进化工材料4个在我国实现“双碳”目标过程中发挥重要作用的重点方向的产业链结构和发展现状,根据各重点方向发展难点和痛点提出发展建议。

Abstract:

Green new materials are the important basis for all industries to achieve carbon peak and neutrality. This article summarizes the key directions and development layout of low-carbon and environmental materials in foreign countries’ new material development strategic plans and the relevant policies of green new materials in China’s new material planning since the 12th Five-Year Plan. The industry chain structure and development status of light alloy, new energy materials, green building materials and advanced chemical materials, which play an important role in the process of realizing the goal of carbon peak and neutrality in China, were studied and summarized. The suggestions were put forward according to the development difficulties and pain points of each key direction.
