Abstract:

Supercomputing is the embodiment of a country’s comprehensive national strength, one of the key technologies supporting the country’s sustainable development, and occupies an important strategic position in national economic construction, scientific research and national defense security. In recent years, China’s supercomputing industry has ushered in a stage of rapid development, and supercomputing has gradually become one of the important means to promote social and economic sustainable development, industrial transformation and upgrading and improve people’s living standards. This paper introduces the current development status of supercomputing industry at home and abroad, points out the development value and main problems of supercomputing industry in China, and puts forward development suggestions from different aspects.
