Abstract: At present, the management model of the supply chain is more and more difficult to meet requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises. Its long whip effect, low level of coordination, and multi-source heterogeneous data hinder the cooperation between enterprises. With the rapid development of identity resolution, it can reorganize and optimize the supply chain management mode and overcome the defects in the supply chain management when applied to the supply chain management system. This paper proposes a supply chain platform based on identity resolution. When applied to the new ultra-fiber material industry, the platform can ensure timely response to customer needs, improve the level of collaboration between enterprises, and improve the coordination of the whole industry chain. Meanwhile, it can achieve mutual benefit for the upstream and downstream firms in the supply chain. Finally, social resources can be maximumly utilized
