Abstract: Recently, the United States and Europe have introduced data strategies to describe the future data development vision. A series of measures and actions in the two strategies will help the United States and Europe to expand their advantages, and also have certain reference significance for China. China should carefully study the strategic initiatives of the United States and Europe, accelerate the layout in data base, data opening, data talent cultivation, personal data utilization and other aspects, and improve China􀆳s ability to develop big data and digital economy.
