摘要/Abstract

摘要： 数字化转型进入2. 0 时代,竞争及市场环境给予企业的行动时间窗口加速缩小,技术、业务、组织、文化多重变革为传统企业深入数字化转型带来严峻挑战。面对数字化转型困局,阐述了企业数字化转型趋势,分析了数字化转型过程中面临的挑战,并从战略、业务、技术、要素层面探讨了企业数字化转型深入发展的破局路径。

关键词: 数字化转型, 数字化技术, 数字经济

Abstract: The digital transformation has entered the 2. 0 era. The competition and market environment have accelerated the time window for corporate action. Multiple changes in technology, business, organization, and culture have brought severe challenges to traditional enterprises ' deep digital transformation. Facing the predicament of digital transformation, this article describes the trend of digital transformation of enterprises, analyzes the challenges faced in the process of digital transformation, and discusses the path of breaking the in-depth development of digital transformation of enterprises from the aspects of strategy, business, technology and factors.
