Abstract: Based on the research on the regulatory model of telecommunication equipment in the world, this paper analyzes the management methods and development process of government management, third-party certification, industry regulation and enterprise self-discipline, and points out that government supervision is an indispensable part of telecommunication equipment management. It’s different from the management objectives, management institutions, management scope and management methods among different countries, but the main purpose is to protect the telecommunications network security and interconnection, to protect the public interest and electromagnetic security.
