关于数字新基建战略落地的思考

摘要/Abstract

摘要： “新基建”是数字经济发展的战略基石,是以数字基建为主的基础设施建设。5G、人工智能、大数据等一般被称为“数字新基建”。描述了数字新基建的理想场景,指出了数字新基建战略落地的主要难点,初步提出了数字新基建战略落地的建议。

关键词: 新基建, 数字新基建, 数字化转型

Abstract: Based on the constrution of drgital infrastructure,“new infrastructure” is the strategic cornerstone of the development of the digital economy. 5G, artificial intelligence, and big data are called “digital new infrastructure”.This paper discusses the ideal scenario of the digital new infrastructure, points out the main difficulties in the implementation of the strategy, and puts forward suggestions for the implementation of the digital new infrastructure.
