摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以数字化转型相关理论为基础,提出了电信运营企业数字化转型实践研究框架,给出了价值主张转型、业务发展转型、运营模式转型、工作资源转型以及信息与数据转型5 个重要分析维度。针对现阶段转型发展稍有成效的4 家国际运营商AT&T、KDDI、T-Mobile、Jio 进行专门分析,总结了国际运营商数字化转型发展的4 种典型模式。

Abstract: Based on the relevant theories of digital transformation, this paper puts forward a practical research framework for digital transformation of telecom operators, and gives five important transformation dimensions: value proposition, business development, operation mode, work resource, information and data. Then, based on five dimensions, this paper analyzes the four mobile network operators AT&T, KDDI, T-Mobile and Jio, which are slightly effective in the digital transformation and development at this stage, so as to summarize four typical models of digital transformation and development of mobile network operators.
