摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来,网格化治理已被广泛应用于智慧城市治理实践的各个领域,并在抗击新冠疫情中凸显作用,成为推动城市基层治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要手段。阐述了网格化治理发展阶段和政策支持、梳理了智慧城市网格化治理的实践案例、剖析了当前智慧城市网格化治理的困境、搭建了智慧城市网格化综合治理平台架构,并提出了相关发展建议。

Abstract: In recent years, grid governance has been widely used in various fields of smart city governance practices,and it has played a prominent role in fighting the epidemic. It is becoming an important means to promote the modernization of urban grassroots governance system and governance capabilities. This article explains the development stage and policy support of grid governance, sorts out practical cases of grid governance in smart cities, analyzes the current dilemma of grid governance, designs a smart city grid integrated governance platform architecture, and finally puts forward relevant development suggestions.
