Abstract: In the trial of mobile number portability, it was found that some telecommunications operators had committed imporper market behaviors that did harm to competition and consumer rights. This article discusses several types of such behaviors that may happen in commercial promotion and number portability application processing, and presents corresponding suggestions based on laws and regulations.
