摘要: 近年来,随着企业的不断壮大,企业办公场所的人员增长迅速,楼宇管理问题日益突出,尤其是能耗、设备损耗及维修等问题。同时,由于管理手段陈旧,造成问题积压,耗能愈加严重。随着物联网、大数据等前沿技术的发展,智能化楼宇系统的建设已经成为解决楼宇问题的主要抓手。智能化楼宇通过软硬件结合的方式,通过物联网、大数据等技术,既能节省人力,又可以更精准地对楼内硬件设备进行智能化和数字化管理,本文将对智能化楼宇建设在能源管理数字化方面的作用做进一步的探讨。

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid growth of office staff, building management problems have become increasingly prominent, especially energy consumption, equipment loss and maintenance. At the same time, traditional management can not tackle with the problem timely, causing a lot of backlog of problems. Energy consumption is becoming more and more serious. With the development of Internet of Things, big data and other frontier technologies,the construction of intelligent building system has become the main method to solve the problems. Intelligent building platform combines software and hardware,with the technology of the Internet of Things and big data it can not only saves manpower cost, but also can intelligently manages the hardware equipment in the building intelligently and more accurately. This paper discusses the construction of intelligent building.
