Abstract: In recent years, personal information leakage incidents have become more and more frequent and more influential, from the early harassing phone calls due to phone number leaks, to the present, the leaks which affects the election. In this era of rapid development of big data, the power of personal information is becoming stronger and stronger than ever before. At present, personal information protection is facing many problems, but only by overcoming the difficulties,ensuring personal information data and letting everyone believe that their own information data will be legally used, can we better promote this powerful force to be used in economic development, social governance, national management, people’s lives and so on.
