摘要/Abstract

摘要： 通过梳理英格兰银行副行长Dave Ramsden 在全球金融创新峰会上关于“拥抱金融科技”的主题演讲，对比分析了英、美、中和国际清算银行在相关领域的政策取向，从而得出了对我国制定金融科技发展规划有借鉴作用的政策启示。

Abstract: By sorting out Deputy Governor of the Bank of England Dave Ramsden’s keynote speech on“Embracing Fintech”at the Global Financial Innovation Summit, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the policy orientations of England, America, China and the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in relevant fields, and thus gives some policy inspirations for China to draw up its Fintech development plans.
