Abstract: At present, new technologies, such as the algorithm, amplify the big data’s value and strengthen the competitiveness of Internet companies. However, the algorithm has become a hidden means for some enterprises to implement unfair competition, infringe on personal privacy and spread vulgar content. Especially under Internet platform, hundreds of millions of users and massive applications may suffer greater risk due to improper algorithm usage. In fact, the application of new technologies such as algorithms has brought challenges to the market regulation of the information and communication industry, and has become a frontier problem commonly faced by countries all over the world. This paper proposes to adapt the algorithm to the digital economic supervision system as soon as possible to adapt to the requirements of China’s digital economy development, and urge it to exert more positive energy.
