我国新零售发展现状、问题及对策建议

摘要: 新零售重塑了一个以“人”为中心的商业模式,推动零售业线上、线下以及物流的相互融合。新零售业态发展方兴未艾,新零售项目不断推陈出新。与此同时,新零售也出现了诸如低端同质化、盗损率高、管理不全以及业绩不佳等问题。本文通过对新零售发展现状的梳理,总结出新零售目前发展面临的问题,并提出对策建议。

关键词: 新零售, 无人零售, 智慧供应链, 数字化转型

Abstract: New retailing reshapes a "people- centered" business model, promotes the integration of online, offline and logistics in retailing. New retail formats are in the ascendant, and new retail projects are constantly bringing forth new ideas. At the same time, the new retail has also appeared such problems as low-end homogenization, high rate of theft and loss, incomplete management and poor performance. This paper summarizes the current problems faced by the development of new retail and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions through combing the relevant literature..
