摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着信息技术的创新发展和应用，互联网在与传统产业的融合过程中创造出大量的新业态，并且呈现快速发展态势，我国互联网新业态在全球处于领先位置。然而在快速发展的过程中，互联网新业态面临的新问题不断暴露，如何促进互联网新业态健康发展成为关注重点。

关键词: 新业态, 共享, 监管, 互联网

Abstract: With the development and application of information technology, a large number of new formats have been created in the process of integration of Internet and traditional industries, and they are developing rapidly. China’s new formats of Internet are in the leading position in the world. However, in the process of rapid development, the new problems faced by the new Internet format are constantly exposed. How to promote the healthy development of the new Internet format has become the focus of attention.
