摘要: 5G已完成第一阶段功能标准化工作,独立与非独立组网NR标准均已冻结。在不断发展的5G进程中,卫星通信技术可为90%的地区和应用场景提供强有力的解决方案。实现5G卫星架构需要进一步标准化,以充分开发多种网络的优势,使整个系统具备适应性、灵活性和动态性。我国在地面5G关键技术方面已处于世界先进水平,而在5G卫星技术标准化方面才刚刚起步。本文从国内外5G卫星标准化进程出发,着重研究5G卫星标准化的内容和方向,并提出与我国发展现状相适应的组织和发展建议;研究内容主要包括国内外5G卫星标准化的发展进程、现阶段5G卫星标准化内容及发展趋势、国内组织形式及发展建议。

Abstract: 5G completed the first phase of functional standardization work, and the independent and non- independent networking NR standards have been finished. In the evolving 5G process, satellite communication technology provides a powerful solution for 90%of regional and application scenarios.Achieving 5Gsatellite architecture requires further standardization to fully exploit the advantages of multiple networks, making the entire system adaptable, flexible and dynamic. China has already reached the world’s advanced level in the key technologies of ground 5G. But China has just started in the standardization of 5Gsatellite technology. Starting from the standardization process of 5Gsatellites at nation and abroad, this paper focuses on the content and direction of 5G satellite standardization. This paper proposes organizational and development suggestions that are compatible with China's development status.The research content mainly includes the development process of 5G satellite standardization at home and abroad, the current 5G satellite standardization content and development trend, domestic organization form and development suggestions.
