摘要: 人工智能市场前景以及暴力型计算特征趋势直接带动人工智能芯片技术创新升级和市场规模扩张的新需求,催生集成电路技术产业竞争的新焦点。当前,人工智能芯片呈现多技术路径并行发展态势,以英伟达、英特尔、谷歌为代表的国际巨头加速布局初步抢夺先发优势;我国企业快速跟进,并在部分领域取得一定进展,但国内集成电路产业基础薄弱的问题依然严峻,恐制约人工智能芯片产业创新发展。因而亟需发挥市场带动优势,加强关键技术攻关,促进产业协同联动,切实推进我国人工智能芯片技术产业的发展。

Abstract: The market prospect and violent computing features of artificial Intelligence are driving the new demand for the technology innovation and market expansion of the chips, which promotes the artificial intelligence chips to become a new focus of global competitions in the integrated circuits fields.At present, the artificial intelligence chips demonstrate a development trend of multi-path technology. The international giants represented by NVIDIA, Intel and Google have accelerated the research and development of the artificial intelligence chips to seize the market opportunities initially; Chinese enterprises have quickly followed up and made some progress in partial fields, but the weak foundation of the domestic integrated circuit industry may restrict the innovation and development of artificial intelligence chips. Therefore, it is urgent to take use of the market-driven advantages, strengthen the core technology research, promote industrial cooperation, and finally accelerate the development of the artificial intelligence chips industry.
