Abstract: Artificial intelligence has become a new focus in the global information industry competition. From the view of industry, open source platform occupies the core position of the artificial intelligence industry ecology, has the important role of leading the pace of industrial progress and driving the cooperative development for terminal and cloud, and is in the key position of the connecting link. In this paper, based on the open source platform, the development process, development model and key technology are studied and analyzed, and the development trend of the world and our country is analyzed comprehensively, and at last our suggestions and measures to develop the open source platform of artificial intelligence in China are given.
