摘要: 随着中国经济社会的发展,电话营销在各行各业中广泛存在,由此滋生的骚扰电话问题日益突出,严重影响人民群众的日常生活,是亟待全社会解决的现实问题。本文梳理骚扰电话的治理现状,分析治理中存在的问题,最后提出我国综合整治骚扰电话的对策建议,引导电话语音市场向良性健康方向发展。

Abstract: With the development of China’s economy, telemarketing is widely used in all walks of life. The problem of unsolicited calls is becoming more and more prominent, which seriously affecting the daily life of the people. The problem of unsolicited calls needs to be solved by the whole society. This paper sorts out the governance status of unsolicited calls, analyzes the problems existing in governance. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures for governance of unsolicited calls in China, which guides the telephone voice market to develop in a healthy direction.
