摘要:

随着人工智能技术快速演进,智能算力已成为全球科技竞争的核心资源。城市智能算力底座作为城市全域数字化转型的重要基础设施,为人工智能创新应用提供坚实支撑。通过梳理研究城市智能算力底座的发展现状,研判发展趋势,系统分析智算基础设施建设统筹不足、智算网络技术与市场尚不成熟、能耗与绿电应用存在双重压力等问题,提出优化城市智算中心投建模式、加快建设城市智算网络、坚持算力与绿色融合发展三方面建议,为城市智能算力底座建设提供指引。

Abstract:

With the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence technology, intelligent computing power has become a core resource in global technological competition. As the key infrastructure for the comprehensive urban digital transformation, the urban intelligent computing power base provides solid support for innovative applications of artificial intelligence. This paper examines the current development situation of urban intelligent computing power base, assesses their development trends, and systematically analyzes existing problems, including inadequate coordination in the construction of intelligent computing infrastructure, immature technologies and markets in intelligent computing networks, and dual pressure from energy consumption and green power applications. Correspondingly, it proposes four suggestions: optimizing the investment and construction model of urban intelligent computing centers, accelerating the development of urban intelligent computing networks, and promoting the integrated development of computing power and green initiatives. These suggestions aim to provide guidance for the construction of urban intelligent computing power base.
