摘要:

“5G+工业互联网”是装备制造企业实现数字化转型的重要途径。首先设计了钢管生产数字化框架,其次探讨了钢管生产车间应用“5G+工业互联网”的组网方式、关键工序改造和技术集成,最后研究了钢管全生命周期的唯一标识及应用数字孪生技术建构虚拟生产和物流系统,包括钢板和成品物流、钢管加工成型、质检及交互操作等场景。结果证明,“5G+工业互联网”满足钢管生产数字化转型的需要和智能化升级的需求,也为制造行业建构虚拟生产线提供了参考。

Abstract:

5G + Industrial Internet is an important approach for equipment manufacturing enterprises to achieve the digital transformation. This paper first designs a digital framework for steel pipe production. Then, it discusses the networking mode, key process transformation, and technology integration of 5G + Industrial Internet applied in steel pipe production workshops. Finally, this paper studies the unique identification of the entire life cycle of steel pipes, and constructs virtual production and logistics systems by using digital twin technology. The application scenarios include steel plate and finished steel pipe logistics, steel pipe processing and forming, quality inspection, and interactive operation. The results show that 5G + Industrial Internet meets the requirements of digital transformation and intelligent upgrading in steel pipe production. It also provides reference for the manufacturing industry to construct virtual production lines.
