摘要:

在建设中国式现代化、推进新型工业化的关键时期,AI和工业互联网的不断深入融合,已成为推动工业领域产业升级,建设制造强国、网络强国和数字中国的“扣合点”。基于AI+工业互联网模式在智慧能源综合管理、设备预防性维护、智能计划排产及仓储管理等领域的应用效应分析,论证了其对工业智能化转型的重要支撑作用,并着重研究了新兴生成式AI产品对助力AI+工业互联网模式发展升级的积极作用,同时也指出现阶段AI+工业互联网模式应用面临的局限性因素,以期为促进更多的AI+工业互联网模式应用场景加速落地、防范应用风险提供参考。

Abstract:

In the critical period of realizing Chinese modernization and promoting new industrialization, the continuous in-depth integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and Industrial Internet has become the key point to promote industrial upgrading in the industrial field and boost China’s strength in manufacturing, cyberspace and digital development. Based on the analysis of the application effect of AI + Industrial Internet model in the fields of comprehensive intelligent energy management, preventive maintenance of equipment, smart manufacturing scheduling and warehouse management, this paper demonstrates its important supporting role in the transformation of industrial intelligence. It also focuses on the positive role of emerging AI products in helping the development and upgrading of AI + Industrial Internet model. At the same time, it also points out the limitations faced by AI + Industrial Internet model applications at the current stage, hoping to provide reference for accelerating the implementation of various AI + Industrial Internet model application scenarios and preventing application risks.
