    • At present, the digital economy has made remarkable achievements in Chinese rural development, but there are still some problems, such as imbalance and insufficiency. Starting from the supply and demand sides of digital economy enabling rural development, this paper summarizes and analyzes the short board on the supply side and the restrictive factors on the demand side, and puts forward suggestions on comprehensively improving the supply side capacity and taking multiple measures to reduce the influence of restrictive factors on the demand side in combination with the national strategic objectives of rural revitalization and digital village.

    • Abstract ( 568 ) HTML( 321 )
    • ICT industry plays a fundamental and leading role in the national economy. By analysis on the ICT industry’s correlation effects of the main countries using input-output table, the results show that ICT industry in major countries has the strongest correlation with their own. Compared with industries such as machinery and equipment, motor vehicles, ICT industry in major countries is more closely related to service industry, such as R&D and other business activities, wholesale and retail. At the same time, the study finds that the ICT industry of developed countries is highly competitive, with ICT industry at the middle and high end of the global value chain, and it is more technology-intensity than that of developing countries. To promote the development of ICT industry, it is suggested to strengthen the innovation of ICT technology, promote the integrated application of ICT, and pay attention to the development of industries with high correlation with ICT industry.

    • Abstract ( 558 ) HTML( 419 )
    • Financial data naturally has the requirements of confidentiality and qualifications. At the same time, it also needs to meet the data compliance obligations in the sense of general law. In accordance with data-related laws and regulations, as well as the financial industry regulations and standards, clarify what should be done, what can be done and what can not be done in compliance with financial data. Comprehensive financial data compliance consists of basic compliance, materiality compliance and auxiliary compliances. Among them, basic compliance includes confidentiality requirements, qualification requirements, critical information infrastructure security, materiality compliance includes personal financial information protection and critical data security. Auxiliary compliance includes taking technical measures, full-process management, education and training, strengthening risk monitoring. Throughout the financial data compliance system, personal financial information protection and critical data security are the top priorities.

    • Information and Communications Technology and Policy. 2022, 48(4): 31-36. DOI:10.12267/j.issn.2096-5931.2022.04.006
    • Abstract ( 554 ) HTML( 357 )
    • Low-orbit internet provides trial commercial services in some countries and regions. Some western countries actively reports their low-orbit satellite constellation plans to ITU to compete for limited frequency orbit resources. In the next five years, there will be no less than three low-orbit mega-constellations capable of providing commercial services worldwide. China’s low-orbit constellation will also accelerate construction as an important part of the “new infrastructure”. This paper explores the current situation, problems and future business model of global low-orbit internet.

    • Abstract ( 851 ) HTML( 717 )
    • As an all-medium isolation technology, SOI technology has many advantages incomparable to the bulk silicon devices, such as low power consumption, fast speed, strong anti-interference, high integration density. After decades of development, SOI technology has gradually received the attention of the industry, and is widely used in wireless communication, automotive electronics, edge computing, power management and other fields. In this paper, the structure principle and preparation technology of SOI are introduced, and the industrial application of RF-SOI and FD-SOI is studied and analyzed from the aspects of development history, industrial application and ecological construction, and the main risks and challenges of current SOI industry are also pointed out.

    • When work and protection channels of services facing cross equipments/manufacturers witnin OTN networks, 1+1 optical channel protection is commenly used. Aiming at the problems in the application of this protection in the current network, by analyzing the switching mechanism of 1+1 optical channel protection and ODUk sncp1+1 protection, this paper proposes to improve the protection mode from 1+1 optical channel protection to SNCP1+1 protection by adjusting the branch interface of cross equipments/manufacturers to OTUK / IrDI OTUK, so as to solve the switching time of cross manufacturers 1+1 optical channel protection signal degradation cannot trigger 1+1 optical channel protection, and the impact of insertion loss introduced by OCP panel on customer side on customer signal.

    • Abstract ( 586 ) HTML( 452 )
    • An assessment model of smart factory was developed based on the research of existing assessment models of intelligent manufacturing domestically and internationally, as well as the vast gap between the leaders and the laggards in the manufacturing industry of Chongqing. Using industrial Internet identifiers, the model aims to create a fully-connected digital factory, promote small and medium-sized enterprises to take part in the transformation of smart manufacturing and ease the polarization problem. In detail, the model includes three levels of factory system architecture, which covers the entire process of design, production, and management and makes it easier to promote the transformation of intelligent manufacturing.

    • Abstract ( 475 ) HTML( 277 )
    • In order to clarify the cement industry Industrial Internet development degree and future development direction, this paper propoese a three-level indicator system for the Industrial Internet maturity evaluation of the cement industry, based on industry status analysis, literature and policy analysis, survey questionnaires, expert interviews, etc. It propoese a method for evaluating the maturity of the Industrial Internet of cement enterprises based on entropy weight method and expert scoring method. An empirical study is carried out with 9 representative cement companies as the research sample. The results shows that the maturity of the Industrial Internet of large cement companies is generally uneven. Among the individual capabilities, the level of interconnection and interoperability is the highest, the data analysis and utilization are the second, and the comprehensive integration is the weakest.

    • Power line, twisted pair and coaxial cable are all included in home network cable transmission medium by G.HN. On the network coverage and terminal access level, G.HN provides support for popularity of video service using all kinds of cables that had been arranged. With the development of large bandwidth and low latency services, the demand for transmission of UHD services in the home network has become increasingly prominent and G.HN is facing challenges when carrying UHD services. This paper gives the suggestion for the requirement of G.HN’s function and devices’ performance. Finally, the future development of G.HN is prospected.
