Research on the development of low-orbit internet industry

Abstract:

Low-orbit internet provides trial commercial services in some countries and regions. Some western countries actively reports their low-orbit satellite constellation plans to ITU to compete for limited frequency orbit resources. In the next five years, there will be no less than three low-orbit mega-constellations capable of providing commercial services worldwide. China’s low-orbit constellation will also accelerate construction as an important part of the “new infrastructure”. This paper explores the current situation, problems and future business model of global low-orbit internet.
