Abstract:

An assessment model of smart factory was developed based on the research of existing assessment models of intelligent manufacturing domestically and internationally, as well as the vast gap between the leaders and the laggards in the manufacturing industry of Chongqing. Using industrial Internet identifiers, the model aims to create a fully-connected digital factory, promote small and medium-sized enterprises to take part in the transformation of smart manufacturing and ease the polarization problem. In detail, the model includes three levels of factory system architecture, which covers the entire process of design, production, and management and makes it easier to promote the transformation of intelligent manufacturing.

Key words: assessment model of smart factory, transformation of smart manufacturing, fully-connected digital factory, Industrial Internet identifier
