    • Abstract ( 668 )
    • In order to promote the rapid development of Industrial Internet for intelligent factory, the research and application of edge intelligence technology have received widespread attention. To solve the problem of limited computing resources of edge nodes, this paper proposes an Industrial Internet framework based on edge intelligent collaboration and gives an edge intelligent collaborative computing task allocation and edge intelligent model lightweight method. Edge intelligent cooperative computing technology solved the contradiction between the computing power of a single edge node and the demand computing resources of massive applications in intelligence factory scenarios, which can reduce the deployment cost of edge intelligent technology and improve the deployment flexibility and scalability of Industrial Internet.

    • Abstract ( 294 )
    • As a hot research topic, edge computing deploys computing, storage and network resources at the edge of network to provide cloud services for users, and satisfies the requirement of emerging applications. However, the edge applications running on the edge server are diffcult to utilize physical resources to handle the network requests of edge users due to the scalability problem of current network I / O models. This paper proposes a new scalable network I / O model for edge applications to resolve the data race and load imbalance problems of current network I / O models. • Abstract ( 322 )
    • Since the EU implemented the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), advertising organizations in different jurisdictions have issued strategies to obtain users' effective consent, protect users' privacy and ensure the effective operation of digital advertising. Apple's AppTrackingTransparency and IDFA requirement reflects that there exists not only the platform competition between iOS and Android, but also the ecological competition between terminal manufacturers and internet manufacturers. Meanwhile, it's the route competition between opt-in and opt-out. In order to build the digital advertising ecology and balance the interests of all parties, this paper puts forward the idea of digital advertising identifier construction which is switchable, continuous, anonymous and secure, providing a solution to balance the personal privacy, corporate interests and government supervision, and to regulate the healthy and orderly development of digital advertising industry.

    • In the digital economy era, with the rapid development of new technologies, new industries, new formats, and new models, competition in the online market has become complicated, and regulatory innovation has become an important issue. Online market supervision should establish stable and predictable supervision principles, and implement the principles of inclusiveness and prudence, in-process and after-event, coordinated supervision, and strictly review basic linear issues related to national security, social stability, and public health. This paper provides in-depth thinking on regulatory innovation from the perspectives of the macro-study of the principles of innovation supervision, as well as the specific research of supervision methods such as big data supervision and the enhancement of electronic forensics capabilities

    • Abstract ( 251 )
    • Government data plays a key role in leading the development of big data industry. In terms of release value of government data, data open is just the starting point, and the key lies in the data reuse of in society. In terms of the problem of private “will not” and “improper” reuse of government data, the restrictive mode ignores the market demand for data flow and is prone to over protection. The open model has the defects of insufficient guidance and
supervision, and China lacks the institutional soil needed by the model. The function of “open government data on application” is designed by referring to the system of “apply for government information publicity”, which can not only provide data to the society, but also play a guiding and supervising role in data utilization. This system is a feasible regulatory path that conforms to the characteristics of the primary stage of data reuse in China.

    • Abstract ( 329 )
    • The wide distribution of clues, the large span of damage, and the large number of victims in telecommunication network fraud cases make it difficult to detect. Big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies have promoted precise investigations, but improper use of technology will also bring risks of personal privacy leakage and fraudulent use. This paper explores the anti-fraud collaborative governance of telecommunications networks based on blockchain, analyzes core capabilities and anti-fraud crowds, and uses blockchain smart contracts and cryptographic consensus to guarantee that the telecommunications data can not be tampered with and safe sharing. Finally, this paper carries out the logical design of anti-fraud collaborative governance to provide ideas for further landing applications.

    • Abstract ( 283 )
    • Since the coal consumption of thermal power plants is related to their capacity, it is necessary to optimize coal consumption in order to increase production capacity and revenue. The random forest regression algorithm can mine the regression model of coal consumption, main steam pressure, main steam temperature and other related parameters from historical data, and then propose the optimal operation strategy with the goal of the lowest coal consumption. Through the test of one unit, the results show that the genetic optimization model of coal consumption for power supply of thermal power units based on random forest regression algorithm can reduce coal consumption for power supply.

    • Abstract ( 277 )
    • The fifth generation mobile communication technology uses millimeter wave Multiple-Input Multiple-Output antenna to provide technical support for high quality wireless communication, which brings new challenges to traditional radiation safety assessment. This paper proposes an unsupervised deep learning method to analyze the upper limit of electromagnetic radiation of millimeter wave MIMO equipment, and then evaluate the radiation safety of MIMO equipment. This paper first theoretically analyzes the feasibility of using unsupervised learning methods to analyze the upper limit of electromagnetic radiation of MIMO devices, and takes different antenna arrays with operating frequencies of 28 GHz as examples to verify the feasibility of the proposed method. In addition, the reliability of the proposed algorithm was verified by Monte Carlo method as a reference. The results show that the error of the maximum and mean values of the power density distribution between the proposed method and Monte Carlo method can be controlled below 0. 07%. The proposed method can accurately and efficiently analyze the radiation upper limit of the millimeter wave MIMO equipment, which provides a new scheme for rapid evaluation of the radiation safety of millimeter wave MIMO equipment.
