Thoughts on the innovation of network market supervision in the digital economy era

Abstract

Abstract: In the digital economy era, with the rapid development of new technologies, new industries, new formats, and new models, competition in the online market has become complicated, and regulatory innovation has become an important issue. Online market supervision should establish stable and predictable supervision principles, and implement the principles of inclusiveness and prudence, in-process and after-event, coordinated supervision, and strictly review basic linear issues related to national security, social stability, and public health. This paper provides in-depth thinking on regulatory innovation from the perspectives of the macro-study of the principles of innovation supervision, as well as the specific research of supervision methods such as big data supervision and the enhancement of electronic forensics capabilities
