    • At present, driven by the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the wireless network operation and maintenance field also gradually tries to use algorithm to assist manual work, to increase operation and maintenance efficiency and reduce operation and maintenance cost. This paper takes China Telecom LTE cell of a province on the southeast coast as an example, three key indicators of average activated users, downlink user traffic and average RRC connected users in KPI data were selected to make a trend forecast for the coming week. The advantages and disadvantages of ARIMA and LSTM in machine learning are compared.Finally, 3000 training samples were used to establish the LSTM algorithm and the maximum prediction accuracy of the above three indexes was 92%, 71% and 67.5%, respectively. It can be seen that the prediction effect is the best on the average number of activated users index, which is more than 80%. In the end, the algorithm is extended to forecast the average number of active users in 14016 residential areas in the province to further verify the effect of the algorithm.

    • The research and application of Artificial Intelligence are increasing production, improving efficiency, promoting the balance of industrial supply and demand, improving the information exchange environment, easing the shrinking of labor and population aging. It is also seriously impacting the labor market, exacerbating the polarization of wealth and opportunities, threating individual freedom and personal dignity, etc. There is a huge risk of causing human degradation and losing creative thinking or interpersonal skills. From the perspective of ethical values of artificial intelligence, we must establish the main purpose of realizing human security, implementing people- oriented, building a favorable environment, and persisting in the benefit of mankind. And, we must establish a series of principles, such as law- abiding, safety and trustworthy, open and shared, etc. It guides, regulates and constrains the healthy and orderly development of artificial intelligence, avoids the divergence of resources, promotes the well-being of people's livelihood,respects multiculturalism, accelerates economic growth, and promotes the all-round development of society.

Based on thedevelopment of international and domestic enterprises, the intelligent voice industry chain is now monopolized by giants, the key voice data service is increasingly prominent, and the industry ecology has formed a complete closed loop. This paper expounds the multi-mode development of“intelligent voice +”from the perspective of the integration of software, hardware and scene, and proposes the future development trend of intelligent voice industry——“taking multi-mode integration as the new goal, scene fitting as the new mode, and the IoT as the new direction”.

As an enabling technology, AI is speeding up the rapid integration with all aspects of the economy and society, and has a profound impact on social development mode.Under the influence of policy-driven, market demand, business characteristics and other factors,public security system is increasingly becoming the hot application direction of the industry, which integrates AI perfectly and realizes it quickly. Starting from the overall development trend of security market, this paper analyses the technical evolution trend and characteristics of the deep integration of AI and security industry, preliminarily explores the key constraints and problems faced by the integration development of the industry, and gives some suggestions for the development of the industry.

This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of 5G communication technology and telemedicine, and expounds the application of 5G communication technology in telemedicine such as remote surgery, remote video consultation, telemedicine health monitoring, and public emergency command, pointing out that 5G communication technology will promote the development of telemedicine in China.
