Abstract: The application of Artificial intelligence in E-commerce logistics can realize intelligent operating and decisionmaking in the logistics operation process, as well as the integration of transportation, storage, distribution, packaging, loading and unloading in the production process, and it canmakethe system hierarchy clearer. It has become important engines for promoting the upgrading of logistics equipment and technology, production links and process innovations, changes in the supply anddemandstructure of traditional logistics posts, and the renewal of traditional logistics forms.This paper introduces the convergence of e-commerce logistics and artificial intelligence, and analyzes the impact of artificial intelligence on the e-commerce logistics industry from the above aspects.
