Artificial Intelligence policies overseas 2018 and suggestions

Abstract

Abstract: Artificial Intelligence is the key and strategic issue for technological revolution and industrial transformation. There are more than 17 countries in 2018 that proposed policies and development plans to accelerate the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence. We summarize global Artificial Intelligence policy files and development plan in 2018, including USA, UK, France and European Union, compare with China’s Artificial Intelligence development plans and give suggestions on future Artificial Intelligence policy and development.
