摘要：

在新基建背景下,社区数字化转型既是趋势也是必然,面临着诸多机遇和挑战。结合近年来的智慧社区建设实践,总结出推进社区数字化转型的有效措施和途径,形成系统的方法论,在提高社区治理水平、优化公共服务、促进便民惠民等方面发挥着重要作用。随着新基建的持续投入,社区数字化正在加快向建设集约、服务精细、运营高效趋势发展,逐步走出一条市场化、可持续的发展之路。

关键词: 智慧社区, 基层治理, 物业服务, 便民系统, 应用场景

Abstract:

Under the background of new infrastructure, the digital transformation of community is a natural and inevitable trend, which faces many opportunities and challenges. Combined with the author’s practice of smart community construction in recent years, this paper summarizes effective measures and approaches to promote the digital transformation of communities, and forms a systematic methodology, which plays an important role in improving the level of community governance, optimizing public services, and promoting convenience and benefits for the people. With the continuous investment in new infrastructure, community digitalization is speeding up to the trend of intensive construction, fine service, efficient operation, and is gradually stepping onto a market-oriented and sustainable development road.
